Ricky Lee is a licensed California real estate broker and mortgage loan originator, with extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, with particular focus on industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and investment properties.

Ricky holds an MBA and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, reflecting advanced training in real estate investment analysis, market evaluation, and deal structuring. His work often involves supporting owner-users and investors with site selection, lease negotiations, and long-term real estate planning.

Jessie Yuan Le, M.A.

Partner | Market Research & Client Strategy

Jessie Yuan Le is a real estate professional and business partner at Ricky & Jessie Realty, responsible for market research, client strategy, and transaction coordination. She plays a key role in analyzing market conditions, preparing pricing and positioning strategies, and guiding clients through each stage of the real estate process.

Jessie holds two master’s degrees, including a Master’s in Public Management from Peking University, one of Asia’s most prestigious academic institutions, and a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California (USC). Her academic background provides a strong foundation in data analysis, policy evaluation, and strategic communication.

With a structured, research-driven approach, Jessie helps clients interpret market trends, assess opportunities, and make informed real estate decisions. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing the firm to effectively serve a diverse, international client base.
